A short list:I'm trying to find a projector (or modification) that will allow me to throw 21' to a screen that's 8.5' x 5'.
I have an Optoma HD65, but I don't think it will cut it with a different lens.
Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!
There are some business models that could work but they generally do not produce as refined an image for home theater use as home theater models. There's a good reason why the Epson 4000/5000/6000 series is so highly recommended for home theater use when a smaller image is desired from a longer throw. There simply are few options that fit those parameters (throw 21' to a screen that's 8.5' x 5') in that price range. Of course there are always more expensive specialty models that could work. What's the maximum amount you're willing to spend on a home theater projector?Thank you both for replying. Which other Epson models would work, Dave?
