Looking at new receiver...

Hey guys,


I need some advice on my best option for a receiver that will do the following, although I think most of them do nowadays:


7.1

Process advanced audio codecs through HDMI

Has at least four HDMI inputs/one output


I could settle for three HDMI ins if it will convert component in to 1080p HDMI out.



I would prefer Onkyo, Yamaha, or Denon, trying to keep it in the $350 - 400 ballpark if that is possible.
