looking for a budget receiver to add some surround sound to my living room.

I'm thinking 6.1 and am cool with buying used form someone who takes great care of their stuff.
I'll probably DIY the speakers so I can build to suit anything you can throw at me. (unless the guy selling the receiver is selling them too, I'll just take it all )
Budget: As low as possible, realistically, couple hundred. (less is more
