Hi,


I just purchased my first projector JVC-X70R for my home theatre setup. I am in process of building my home theatre and looking for a screen size between 130-150 inch. I would be using it to watch movies in dark but would probably have some light when watching sports. I would highly appreciate your recomendations.

Also should I buy a fixed frame as I can easily get the frame built?

That projector is not bright enough for that size screen.. 120" max at 1200 lumens in best mode.. once calibrated it will be much less..

Thanks, this exactly the kind of input I am looking for. Although the dealer told me that this project can be used for screen size upto 200 inch, but I know those guys will say anything to make a sale

So what type of screen should I get for my setup if I go down to 120" screen.
