Cooler Master has the Silent Pro M 600W and 700W versions. I was thinking the 600W might be perfect for a HTPC, but after checking prices it seems you can have the 700W version (though there might be a slight more power draw) for about the same price at Directron.com. Anyway, read a couple reviews last night and here's sone of the favorable reviews. Made to be silent with a 135mm fan and silicone pads.

What kind of HTPC are running that needs 600W of power?

Yeah, Corsair can be had on newegg for less than 50 with a rebate and free shipping.


If you don't want to deal with a rebate, you an try a Seasonic for around that same price.


And if your components do need a 600W power supply, then I would rethink those components.
