The excellent Test Drive LeMans saw a Playstation 2 port if your PS3 is backwards compatible.


In my opinion, F1 Racing Championship on the N64/DC/PS2 is the best F1 simulation on consoles to date. But your PS3 needs to not only be backwards compatible, but also a European console to play the game since it sadly didn't see a North American release.


On the PS3 itself, Formula One Championship Edition is excellent, though with inferior physics to the above title.


And if you just want to drive around LeMans, the track is included on Grid (Though don't go in looking for a simulation, Grid is a arcade racer with Mario Kart style rubber band AI, not something that's ideal for enjoying endurance races with). And the track is also planned to be included in Forza 3 (Doesn't do you much good if you want a PS3 title). The track also appears in Gran Turismo 4 for the Playstation 2 and is slated to be included in Gran Turismo 5 when it eventually sees a full release someday.
