I have some sears gift cards I need to use from a credit card loyalty program and it seems that sears.com is sold out of the 80 gb bundles. No one there seems to know when they will get more. Anyone see them in a local store?

I have been thinking about this. What makes the 80 gig so much more desirable than the 40 gig at this point? Is it simply the larger hard drive and backwards compatibility?

That's a big deal to some people. It's why I went and found a 60gb system before they were all gone.

That and extra USB ports, I guess. I've actually used the media card slots too, so there's that.

Mainly the BC for me. I want to use it for Blu-Ray and some gaming, but there doesn't seem to be many games appropiate for the 6 yo daughter on PS3. But there are a bunch of PS2 games. I know, buy a PS2, but i'm trying to do it all with one unit.
