I'm looking for recommendations for small surrounds for a 5.1 system. I want to be able to mount them to the wall and swivel them. Are these any good? Budget about $60. Thanks.

1) Dayton SAT-BK

2) BIC America DV-32B

3) Micca MB42

Well you are taking a risk with all of them. The Micca's look the best so that would be my choice.

What are your other speakers in your system?

Why are they risky?

My fronts are Energy C series. C-100 fronts and C-C50 center.

The newer Micca MB42X are a much better speaker, with the added crossover.

Any reason you specify "in black"? Are the white ones any different in terms of SQ?
Nope its just more expensive and in a different color. That is why I specified black when I said they would be $40 more

Might want to look at the updated Micca MB42X as Transmaniacon pointed out cause they improved their build quality for only $20 more dollars
