Losing channels (off air) on LG 3510A HDTV Receiver/DVD Player

Does anyone else have this problem?


This is just Off air DTV signals.


I have to run EZ-SCAN everytime I power on the unit . Even if I've been on one channel for a long time and change channels, it seems to lose all memory of the previously scanned channels? Is there a lock somewhere on the unit to prevent it from going dumb??


My signals are strong when scanned.


My HDTV upstairs is receiving the same signal without any issues, and that's been up for a year.

I had that unit and it would lose stations that temporarily came in weak but then reappear when they were strong again if I went directly to that channel. It sounds like your problem is different as it never lost a strong station. Send it in for warranty repairs.


I eventually sold mine because it was buggy and I'm happy with my old Samsung.
