I was tinkering with the IR blaster fine tuning tonite (to help eliminate the blue screen while changing channels on my Dishnetwork 301 IRD), and now all audio is gone. Even after returning the settings back to original. I know it's the RTV because when I turn it off, the signal comes through fine.

I tried a reboot with the power button, but no go.

I also tried a recorded 5 minute segment - no audio recorded.

Strange.....anyone have any ideas?

Pull the power cord, wait a couple minutes, plug it back in. This type of COLD BOOT often fixes the audio failure you are having.

I got it....the cold boot didn't quite fix it, but disabling the other active input did DUH!

Now, on to those frustrating xxxxMS settings.

The default is 0200MS - is that the optimum?

I tried the range of 0100MS ~ 1000MS and the blue screen (no vodeo signal detected) still pops up between channels changing.

Thanks,
ADDENDUM
I found l8er's thread and am now playing with those MS settings.
