I have an LP350 that has the "wonderful" resetting lamp hour counter. I figure it has about 1500 or so hours on it.

My question is, tonight when I turned it on, the LED flashed yellow for about 30-45 seconds and the lamp didn't turn on.

Then the LED turned green and the lamp came on.

Is my lamp shot or is it something else?

Does the Pj know how many hours are on the bulb even though the hour counter resets itself back to zero all the damm time?

Any help would be appreciated; I'm having guests this weekend and I don't want the Pj blowing the bulb.

p.s. Called InFocus afterhour tech support.... HAHAHA $70.00 service charge to answer my question....... I don't think so!

Thanks,

Erik

Hmm, I've read that if the bulb won't light you can try taking it out and shaking the bulb housing pretty hard. You might want to try that...
