I don't know if anyone else noticed, but a couple of weeks ago Infocus put firmware v1.9 up on their website. When I first got my projector last month, v1.8 was on it and v1.8 was on their website. I e-mailed them for information as to what this update included, but I didn't hear anything. I've since sent my projector in for an exchange because it had a focus problem.


I posted this before in another thread but I thought I'd shout out again just in case anyone cared. If anyone updates their projector I'd like to hear what this fixes. I presume the bulb counter reset problem is corrected, but maybe not.

Thanks for the heads up.


I just called Infocus Tech Support to find out what 1.9 offers.


His answer?: He didn't know. But..I was transferred to senior technical support.


His answer?: They added "better syncing with laptops." He went on to say, "If you're not having sync issues, there's no benefit to upgrading to 1.9"
