Who makes clones of LT-150 (model#)? There was other thread mentioning available clones but I am not sure what they are.

Also, does anyone have experience with other DLP projectors that provide image quality comparable to that of LT-150 (maybe even SVGA) and in the same price range (~2800)?

Why look for clones when brand new LT150 is still in stock for $2300 and available with great 2 year instacare NEC warranty?

Clones don't have Vortex (proprietary) technology and white segment which can be turned off. Both really enhance image. Vortex does not play as large a role with HTPC but for component, Svideo, and composite it's very good.
