I guess I'll be finding out if NEC is indeed going to be treating these Dell units the same as other units. I've got a stuck pixel in the middle-left of the screen. Not really noticeable, but $1700 is still a lot of $ to me and it should be perfect.
Dell will swap that unit out for a new one. They will only do it once then you will have to deal with NEC. Although I agree that the unit should be perfect it is well known that manufacturers do not agree. Anyone who buys a business class projector should know this before they buy. These are sold primarily for business and a stuck pixel is no big deal.
