That plastic conduit is a total ripoff at Home Depot, but what'cha gonna do. 3/4" Poplar wood, 6x1-5/8" drywall screws, one 50 lb 4" hook, wood glue, finishing nails, and interior house paint. [edit] Ooh yah and some white felt on top as to not gouge the ceiling. [/edit] I can have the pj down in less than 60 seconds with this setup. Damn all that white... *sigh*
