How can I stream Hi-Res Lossless audio from my Mackbook Pro to Onkyo TX-NR676E Receiver.
1.What kind of wired connection is required.
2. Or, otherwise, is it possible to transmit Hi-Res audio via Airplay.

Trying to accomplish the same with outputting high resolution audio from my MacBook Pro to a Marantz. How did the HDMI solution work out? I am thinking of just trying a 3.5 mm to stereo RCA cable and outputting from the headphone jack to the Marantz. Would love to hear how HDMI worked out and if it is passing up to 24/192?
