Hello all,

had a few questions about the Mack Extended Warranty i keep reading about. Im hoping to buy a new plasma soon and on the Mack website, it says "only covers manufacturer's defects on LCD screens" under the different tv contracts. Does this mean my plasma wouldnt be covered?

Also, how exactly do you buy their warranty. Ive seen a few websites that offer an option to add Mack Coverage, but say if I bought the TV at bestbuy, could I then buy a mack plan afterwards? (i saw a few on amazon haha)

Im just curious about how they work, what is covered, etc. Dont know if anyone here has had any good experiences with them as opposed to stardard big-store warranties.

I bought a 5 year Mack warrnaty from Adorama for $179. If you have questions on what is covered, I would call Mack directly. I did, and they were of great help regarding purchasing my warranty and what was covered.

Thank you for your interest in Mack Camera extended warranties. My name is Desiree and I'm the Customer Relations Supervisor for Mack Camera. You may purchase a Mack Camera extended warranty from an authorized dealer as long as there are 90 days left on the manufacturer's warranty. We have been in business since 1938 and I'm sure most of your questions can be answered by looking on our website. You can send me a private message and I provide you with additional contact information.
