Hello, I have moved into a new house with a mount from Chief already installed on the wall. The model is a Large THINSTALL Dual Swing Arm Wall Display Mount (TS525TU). Unfortunately, the previous owners took the mounting/interface brackets equipment necessary to attach my TV to the mount. I have already contacted them to see if I can retrieve the brackets, but they don't have them anymore. I've also contacted support from Legrand/Chief, and they tell me that parts for the mount are not sold separately.

I'd hate to have to remove this mount and get a new one. So my last hope is that someone may have a suggestion for how I can make makeshift mounting brackets to connect my TV to the mount? Perhaps there is some readily available equipment that can do the trick? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated -- thanks!

Just a follow up from the manual of that mount:

If the displays hole pattern size is
100mm x100mm, 200mm x 200mm or 100mm x 200mm,
the display can be mounted directly to the faceplate and
the interface bracket DOES NOT need to be installed!

So then I looked for hole pattern adapters and low and behold something like this might work: https://www.amazon.com/VideoSecu-Ad...argid=aud-801381245258:pla-320338878153&psc=1

What is the hole pattern of your TV?

Oh, that's a really interesting find Jeff, thank you! I understand that buying a new mount doesn't need to be too expensive, but I'd hate to have to remove the existing mount and then reinstall a new one. So much wasted effort! My TV's VESA pattern is 300x300, so I'm going to give that adapter plate a try -- seems like it should work! Thanks again.
