Having just came back from vacation at a timeshare with a flatscreen mounted over the fireplace and watching it for a week, I can honestly say I can not imagine a WORSE place to put a tv you plan on watching unless you are standing up. Holy crap, talk about neck strain, being uncomfortable, and field of view. Seriously, they look GREAT mounted above a fireplace, but get the number of a good chiropractor if you actually plan on watching it while seated...
