Marantz AV8805 New and Sealed in Box ( A Stock) DFW

I am clearing out some unused items I have. Firstly is this Marantz 8805. It is still sealed in box and was purchased from an AD. I have not registered the unit yet. I also have a transferable Squaretrade 4 year transferable home theatre warranty on the unit which will be transferred to new owner.

I am in Dallas , Texas and would prefer a local pickup if possible. References upon request, I don't post here frequently.
