Marantz sr5001 pcm light flashing

My child pushed some buttons on the front of my Marantz sr5001 receiver and it is now not working in tv mode. I no longer get audio/video in this mode. It works in all other modes without issue. An added bonus is that the PCM light is also flashing. How can I correct??
