Marantz SR7001 Multi-Speaker Setup - Help!!

I have a marantz SR7001 amp. I would like to connect a set of speakers to be used in my living room to watch TV, play music etc. The second set of speakers are for my patio and I would like to be able to play either of the two sets of speakers independently. Basically I would like to have the ability to be able to play the patio speakers but not have the speakers inside the house be playing any sound and vice-versa. Or watch a movie/tv inside and play music outside from a different source.

I have read the manual and I am not able to figure out how to do this. I am a novice so please bear with me if I am being dense and if this is something not possible with the receiver.

My indoor speakers are ORB speakers with a center channel, surround etc and outside are generic patio speakers.

On the back of your receiver (look at your users manual pg 7) you'll see 8 speaker terminals just above the two outlet plugs for powering DVDs etc. The 4 nearest the plug in is the A & B terminals for your patio speakers. Connect them up there. You will need to select the source you wish to hear - for that you'll need to go into your setup program.
