This for all my fellow Marantz owners out there. I am trying to find out what noise level Marantz owner's are registering on their s3s. I measure between 54-56db under the following conditions:


Analog Radio Shack meter directly facing the horizontal and vertical center point of the front vent at a distance of 6".

Mine is measuring 52-54 db in low lamp mode and 59-61 db in high lamp mode.
