What exactly is the packaging like? It looks like a cardboard slipcase; are there individual plastic cases inside or what?

I've had the tabs broken on so many Warner titles I've lost count, I replaced the cases with ones I've bought from Sleeve City. I'm hoping the Matrix doesn't come broken.

Call WHV and ask them to send you a new set. They sent me a brand new sealed set of Planet Earth when I called them and told them just the tabs holding the insert page on the case was broken, but my discs were fine.![]()

Mine arrived Thursday. I finally got a chance to open the box. Checked all of the disc cases and Revolutions was missing.
So they are going back to WHV Monday. Hope the replacement package comes quickly.

This exact thing happened to me from Amazon with Planet Earth. One disk missing, the others floating around and badly damaged. I let them know and the overnighted me a new one without me even sending back my current damaged set.
Kudos to Amazon on that one. Don't know what WB will do with this, but I would think they would do something similar.
