Hope this is the best place to post this.


My question is, What is the max length of a copper dvi cable before a drop off is noticable. I've read 5 mtrs but then others say ten or it depends on the rez.


I know you can get repeaters but if it's not needed for this I would rather not get one just now.


it's only running between a dvd player and a infocus pj rez 854x480


It could be used for hdtv later but at the mo this is all.


Any help would be great
