Maxtor HD ???

Hi, i'm seeing in this forum that some people used the Maxtor HD's to upgrade the Ultimate TV but i couldn't find any model listed as some other people did with the WD.

Can some one post the model they used? please or let me know if the model i have can be use, this one says Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9, 120 Gb ata/133, 7200 rpm and the model is 6Y120L0.

Hi,

That model Maxtor should work fine in th UTV... If you want to verify you could download a copy of Drive Fitness Test to check for security...

As always thank you for your response David, you have been of great help again, i'll give it a shot today, but i also have a friend that have the WD that i was thinking of trading it, will let you know of the results.
