How can I measure the ambient light K and ftL, using HFCR?


I have an i1 Lite.

Use Eye-One Match 3 and select measure ambient light (with the diffuser on the meter). Follow the directions and it will give you an estimate. I'm not sure how accurate it is though and I suppose you could do the same thing with ColorHCFR and continuous read mode. The diffuser must be used in both cases.

That's why I want to do it with HCFR, because I think it will give more accurate results.


If someone knows how to do it, answer please.

Shouldn't accurate results be more of an issue with the meter and not the software?

I would think so as well but I guess it doesn't hurt to try both methods.
