Odd issue I just noticed.


When I try to select channel 077, I get channel 7. When I select 076 I get channel 76. If I use the channel up, it sends the codes and Windows thinks it send 077 but the cable box only receives 07...thereby going to channel 7.


I have changed the channel change speed to 100 (slow), did not make a difference. I also turned off debounce, no luck (in the hidIr registry location).


Any tips from you guys? I hate to have to relearn my cable box. It is a little Motorola Digital Adapter.

What remote and IR sensor are you using? You don't by chance use iMON, do you?

No, I use the Microsoft Remote, Sensor, and Eye Buds.


WIndows shows it receives all three digits but the cable box does not show receiving it.


I hate to have to redo the tuners in Media Center due to having so much manual work involved in getting the HDHomeRun channels combined with the cable box channels.

Any ideas? In about an hour or so I am just going to redo the Media Center setup...

Same here. Sometimes 229 results in channel 29. This occurred even with the low speed setting. I have manually set the keyinterval speed to 500mS. It has only been a few days, but so far so good.


This is with the MS blaster, and DirecTV H20.

I redid the tuner setup and it looks good, though there is really only one double digit channel my wife and I watch (FoodTV).


I will keep the 500ms key interval in mind.
