Media room short rack or a tv stand suggestion needed

Hi All,

I have been a long time lurker of this

I am planning to set up my smallish 14 x 16 media room that has about 9 feet ceiling. I will be removing the TV and adding a projector, screen and whole speaker system. Unfortunately due to the roof, the front wall is only 78 inches high.

This room is pre-wired with all the wiring coming together at the front. This means my AVR etc. need to go below the screen.
I want to maximize the screen that I can put over there. By my calculations, if I put a 120" screen and an in wall center channel then I have only 14 inches for a media rack or a wider tv stand. Due to my budget, I have ruled out zero edge screen or rewiring to move the cables elsewhere.

Can someone suggest either a horizontal media rack (DIY is fine) or a wider tv stand that can host AVR, PS5 and remotes etc.
I am eyeing this one from ikea but that is 15" high which might not work.

Personally I would rewire. Teach yourself how. Those are skills you will use for a lifetime. It's mostly just some minor drywall repair and painting. Is there an HDMI cable or conduit in place for the projector? Power outlet? If not you are already looking at crawling up into your attic space.

Thanks! Unfortunately I have zero experience doing that and learning it will push my project back a lot. I tried to search but couldn't find youtube
The room is pre-wired for 7 channel and HDMI set up too. I was quoted $500 to move the wires which I think is excessive.

Would be great if you have some resources (site/youtube video) that I can check out and understand how I can go about rewiring.

Strange I found a bunch of relevant videos in 5 seconds: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=running+speaker+wire+through+walls

Custom make a stand could be an option, but as big said. Its not hard to do wire pulling plus im guessing painting will happen anyway.
