Do any of them support wired headphones ? (Not connected to the remote with batteries that kills the batteries)

I suppose any older model that has RCA outs would work with an adapter.

Would the sound be good though ? Like I mean good quality ?
I'd be more inclined to use an HDMI audio extractor on a modern streamer.

No one knows what "good" means to you. You have a definition of good.

Perhaps if you explain that definition we can help you.

You're probably going to want something that has volume control on the box... Mi Box 4S has 3.5mm output and volume control, so it should work pretty well with headphones depending on impedance and sensitivity. It also has mini-Toslink if you wanted to add a DAC.

If you have headphones worth driving well, the any Shield model with USB ports (all but the '19 Tube) can support certain USB DACs, and also has volume control as well.
