Does the menu button on the remote work when hooked up to i link on jvc 30..When I press it, Nothing happens..

I have a friend downloading and printing me the manual for the unit, I don't have it yet..

It does not. The only info available via the I-link connection is that provided by your TV. With Mits and 30K my TV shows, transport status (stop, play, etc) and time code (time or time remaining).
