Behringer's Ultragain MIC PRO 2200 is usually used for a high pass filter on a ported subwoofer. There is really no need for one with a properly designed infinite baffle subwoofer.
You could use it, you would have only two bands of filters at your disposal ( if you used both channels of it , but either of the Behringer Feedback Destroyers would be better for you ( offering more bands of eq )

If you want:
Gain
Conversion to Balanced Lines
and don't prefer to go through another A>D D>A conversion
the MIC2200 is an good choice
