Do these Micca players have the ability to copy from the SD card on to the internal HDD that I put in? I will be going on vacation and don't want to take a laptop to copy content/pictures over to back it up if I don't have to.

The SLIM-HD does not have the ability to copy between storage like that. The MPLAY-HD can, but it does not have an internal drive bay, so you will have t carry it and a separate hard drive.

I've already purchased the SLIM-HD as well as the EP-950. Any way to build this feature into the firmware? Sure would be handy as heck to have this feature.
