I only recall reading a snippet about it on Engadget yesterday, and they were confused about the title as well. Apparently the box art they saw was from a Canada online estore, and the box lists capabilities being a part of it that are base functions of Vista Ultimate. So.. color me confused until we can get more information on it.

The accompanying text doesn't make sense though because they are regular Vista features if you have Home Premium or higher. They either got hoaxed or Future Shop didn't have the right info displayed.

Releases 15 Feb/08. User-friendly software combines the features of Vista Home Basic with even more impressive and user-friendly capabilities. Features Windows Aero, an efficient and visually stunning interface that makes it easier to accomplish multiple tasks at once by providing a three-dimensional, real-time, animated view of all of your open applications and documents.

It is designed to add MC and Aero capabilities to the BASIC version (among other things). I doubt we'll see any additional functionality as far as Home Premium and/or Ultimate is concerned.

The picture in that article makes it look like it is only some small games for vista, but the text does not match that description.

No, no, no. That's the sales text from Vista Home Premium. Whatever is in that garbage Plus! Pack will not add any Home Premium features to Vista Home Basic.

The Vista Plus Pack is basically just additional games....much like the previous Plus Packs.
