I want to know if there will be any PQ reduction or loss, etc. if I were to use (premade) 25' mini coax BNC RGBHV cables. There is a local co. that makes these for $51.00.


I will be connecting my HTPC to an Extron 202xi then to the PJ.

I've used both RG6 18AWG and then mini coax 26AWG for a 15' run when my PJ was floor mounted. I couldn't tell the difference. My uncle who works for a phone company says most of the techs prefer mini coax because of its size and flexibility. He states that for phone / communication applications you can't go more than 500' with mini coax whereas you can go longer with RG6/BNC. I think you will be fine.
