Mits 73734 vs 65833 - screen?

I'm trying to help a friend decide between the 73734 and 65833, which are approximately the same price (at least at the place he plans to buy from). I've tried to read as much as possible on these forums and wanted to summarize and check a few things I "think" I learned.


The advantage of the 833 seems to be 120MHz (which sounds like it doesn't work too well and isn't really a requirement for my friend), HDMI 1.3 (again, not a requirement), glossy finish, and anti-glare screen. It's this last one that I'm curious about because there seemed to be some disagreement on the forum. My friend has a bright room and could have reflection problems, so is there really a difference in screen between these TVs?


Are there any other differences I didn't notice? If the screen isn't a problem, it seems that getting the additional 8" on the lower-end model is a no-brainer.
