Mits MVR900 Receiver Any Good?

Does anyone have any experience with this

unit?

I heard it was made by Onkyo.

My main concern is that it will work seamlessly with my 55805 remote.

I have searched high and low on the net and cannot find anything about the mvr900.

Or does anyone know a list receivers controllable with the

Mits remote? DTS/DD of course.
