while the status LED is red, press the front panel “INPUT” and “MENU” buttons at the same time, and hold for 5 seconds


then count the timer led flashes. it will be 1st digit, pause, 2nd digit (repeats entire cycle 5 times).

Now the Status Light is Fast Blinking Green and will not Stop.


Tech will come out Wed. to check it out.


I hate when companies like Mitsu outsource their Customer Service to the other countries such as Philippines.


I was on hold for like 45 minutes.

I have just plug back my TV set that was unplug for 2 days.


It was able to Turn On and the TV works.


The technician is still coming out tomm. it might be a Bad DM Module or board.
