I had the flashing warning that bulb was ready for replacement and had a spare handy so I tried to install it, the problem is twofold first of all I cannot reset as every time I plug pwr cable in it tries to start up before I have a chance to press both arrows and pwr button, I tried after startup but it does not seem to work.

Second with new bulb in projector fails to start up it boots and then both red lights flash and no light!!!

Have tried numerous times to no avail.

Put old bulb in and works fine!

Do I have a bad bulb????

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

I think the picture is great I have had this for the last 3 years and love it!

That would be a great price as long as the bulb does not have a lot of hours

on it.

You probably will get about a 70" picture from 10 feet

Have you tried holding the buttons before plugging in the power cord? Seems I had the same issue when my first bulb popped and I replace it, but I can't remember the solution...

Yes I have tried all of those, it will not start up with new bulb but works fine with old one.

Sounds like a defective bulb.... If the old one is still bright enough I would continue with it... I think I reset mine 2 times before it finally got dim and popped
