What are the symptoms of a color wheel that has died? When I turn on the tv I have absolutely no picture but I have sound.

Have you tried a different lamp?

Yes. I have three lamps and they all light up but no picture.

Are they authentic lamps bought from Mitsubishi?

Aftermarket lamps are known to cause problems sometimes.
