I had an authorized Mitsubishi technician come look at my tv.  No power at all, not even lights on the front panel.  The technician told me it needed a new power supply.  It's been 6 weeks since he supposedly ordered the part.  I spoke with Mitsubishi and they said they have the part in stock and would have shipped it to him in less than a week.  I've called the tech several times and he keeps telling me the part hasn't arrived.  Any suggestions?  I think I could replace the board myself, but I was told the part can only be sold to an authorized technician.

Try locating it on shopjimmy.com. You should be able to search for it with just the tv model number.
