This is a known issue with the Oppo players as well as the JVC players. It might also happen on other players as well. The current thought is that Mediatek needs to fix their software that comes with their chip that is in these players.


You should contact Oppo customer support to report your specific issues. The more reports that the manufacturers receive the more likely it is that a fix will be found and offered as a firmware update.
