Hello --


I was set to buy a SVS off CL in my area, but someone beat me to it (all on the day ad was posted nonetheless!)


so I have about $450-500 for a sub, upgrading from a Bic f12. Rest of my system is the DefTech Procinema 1000 with a Pioneer SC-35.


I do about 99.5% HT, and my room size is about 15x12. I don't really play that loud, so absolute noise isnt as important as clean bass.


I think i'm down to these contenders:

-- ML 500 for $460

-- ML Dynamo for $245

-- HSU VTF-1 for $445

-- DefTech Subercube III for $250

-- I'm verrry open to any other suggestions




at those prices, what would the majority do???? I've been going back and forth on this and am no closer to making a decesion so could certainly use some group mind think on this!

When it comes to budget subs, the Rythmik FV12 is tough to beat. I would up the budget.
