Something in my gut tells me it will be XM, and maybe that is for the better.

They need SOME SORT OF GOOD PR right about now, and this will be a tremendous benefit to them considering what happened last week.

It will be good for both services if that does happen. They both will have something that appeals greatly to people.

If Sirius does wind up with it, XM will have SERIOUS(no pun intended) problems beginning next year. They will MLB in the spring and summer, NFL in the Fall, and Howard Stern coming in January in the next year.

The only thing that worries me is this. MLB owners are SUPER GREEDY. They may attempt either XM or Sirius to CHARGE extra for the games(some monthly or yearly stipend) unlike the NFL and other leagues.

Will jst have to wait and see.

MLB audio isn't free on the web, I doubt if it will be free via sat radio. re comments on MLB owner greed. I've never seen the numbers, but with huge player payrolls I doubt if many or any owners are making much money.

Most are making money hand over fist. I've never really understood that expression though. lol. With the revenue sharing and luxury tax there are very few if any that are in the red. Not to mention the owners greed.

You may be right, but I have never seen the numbers. Do you have a reference?
