MLB package

I have TW cable with an HD box. I also have the MLB package.

can someone answer this question - why is it that when i watch a Red Sox game that is broadcast on NESN HD, it does not translate to HD thru the MLB package? i just get a typical SD quality image.

Directv has different channels for HD games vs. SD games. Perhaps TW has a similar setup? Also, as with Directv, I'm guessing not ALL HD games that are available are actually broadcast.
