Come on, really, this is a joke complaint right? You can't seriously be ticked off about modified cover art on a DVD's cover? How in the heck that would effect anyone's enjoyment of a movie is beyond my comprehension.


Do we even look at the cover for more than 10 seconds between opening the case and inserting the disc? Mine slide right back onto the shelf with only the title staring out at me. Now, I guess if you use the covers as some sort of decorative element I'd be a little perturbed, but otherwise...

I come from a laserdisc generation, cover art were less often modified from the theatrical posters. yes, laserdiscs were more often displayed too in home theaters.

that's all. don't worry, this issue is much more often raised issue than you might think ;)

I wonder who the consorting group is that can change the cover art so easily, to sell bootlegs like my Scarface is.
