Mods to a CRT rear projector

Beyond that, I'd suggest emailing Mr Bob or posting questions on his "Don't Dump Your CRT RPTV" thread.

Thanks jwebb, but I'm thinking more along the lines of actual modifications as in the high end audio world. Taking out extra crap, replacing parts with better parts, things like that. It will be a while before I purchase a new set and I am very happy with my Hitachi. But I wonder if there's anyone ou there that does things beyond calibrations, more like actual mechanical and electronic changes within the set. I have read about it with regards to FP, but not RP.
