The good news is Monoprice has a reasonably priced all Neon "Theater" sign that would look great for many HT entrances.

The slightly bad news is when I purchased one yesterday they were on sale for $119. They have gone back up to the original price of $159.99. Looking at what others are charging for this sign, it's still a steal. (ebay, $225 shipped to over $300)
