I have a monster AVS2000, which has been working reliable until a day ago I went to the equipment room to find the part of my equipment routed through it to be "powerless" with an Err 11 on the front panel and the under/over voltage light on (lower right of 3 over 3 lights).
Any ideas? Breaker not tripped. No plug unplug or button/breaker press seemed to bring it back to life.
