Any chance the 100ft. run of the Monster Cable® ISAT™ 200 cable is any less efficent in transmnitting my UHF HD antenna signal than a Belden or other MATV/CATV cable would be?

Is there a possible signal loss whereby the Monster Cable® is only straded for long DSS runs?

Any thoughts

Any properly made RG-6 will be fine for UHF/VHF.

Murray, Can not comment on the Monster cable (no specifications). As Ken said "Any properly made RG-6 will be fine for UHF/VHF". The cables from Alpha Wire, Belden, and CommScope will be Sweep Tested for proper operation.

MC 200 should be fine. I've installed LOTS of it never had any bad experiences with it.

All I know is that using monster cable from my dish to my dss box was a major problem... could not receive at least ten dss stations. It took many hours and lots of dollars to realize it was the cable, and not the dish postioning.
